2. Directory Listings
Free Listings
All basic directory listings are provided free of charge. Station information is compiled from public records and user submissions. We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee that all information is current or complete.
Claiming Your Listing
If you own or operate an emissions testing station listed on our directory, you have the right to claim your listing. Once your claim is verified and approved by our administrators, you may update your business information including address, contact details, hours of operation, and services offered. All information must be factual and accurate. Misleading claims, false advertising, or promotional language such as "best station" or "guaranteed results" are not permitted.
Adding a New Station
Station owners may submit their business for inclusion in our directory at no cost. All submissions are subject to review and approval by our team. We reserve the right to reject submissions that do not meet our quality standards or appear fraudulent.
Listing Removal
If you are the verified owner of a listed station and wish to have your listing removed from our directory, please contact us at contact@emissions-testing.com. We will process removal requests within a reasonable timeframe.
3. Premium Advertising Services
We offer premium advertising options for verified station owners who wish to increase their visibility on our platform:
- Premium City Listing: Your station appears at the top of its city page with enhanced visibility.
- State Banner Advertisement: Display advertising on your state's main page to reach customers across the region.
- City Recommendation Banner: Featured placement on city pages to drive targeted local traffic.
Eligibility
To purchase premium advertising, you must first submit or claim your station listing and receive approval from our administrators. Premium services are only available to verified station owners or authorized representatives.
Payment Terms
Premium advertising is offered on a monthly subscription basis. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By purchasing a premium service, you authorize recurring monthly charges to your payment method until you cancel your subscription.
Refund Policy
All premium advertising purchases are non-refundable. We do not guarantee specific results, traffic levels, or business outcomes from premium placements. Premium services are designed to increase visibility and help your station stand out, but actual results depend on many factors outside our control.
Cancellation
You may cancel your premium subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing cycle.
4. User Accounts
You may create an account to claim listings, submit stations, or purchase premium services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update your information as needed.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Claim listings for stations you do not own or represent
- Use automated systems to scrape or collect data from our website
- Interfere with the proper operation of our services
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
6. Disclaimer of Warranties

7. Limitation of Liability
